acceptable stay, some issues noticed

breakfast variety undertrained staff

The breakfast buffet lacked variety . I saw the same limited selection each day. it was surprising to incur extra charges for items like ice buckets and dental kits. also, the staff seemed undertrained . only three small water bottles were provided each day. Anything beyond that cost extra.

spacious villa attentive housekeeping neighbouring hotel added privacy

the villa was spacious with ample room for relaxation i felt at home the housekeeping staff were also attentive and ensured everything was super clean i found it a great advantage to be located away from the neighbouring hotel i appreciated the extra privacy and tranquility it provided.

i noticed the absence of water jets in the restrooms which was a minor inconvenience.
